And on the campsite there is also something to do!
No matter how the day progresses, there is often a pleasant evening at the campfire or in "De Taverne" with fine music, a good conversation or an exciting "werewolf" game, before going to bed.
Active on the campsite
Children find each other by themselves and often don't have to leave. Even without an animation team, bugs bunny or camping camel you usually have no child here (especially with an ice cream in its time).
There is plenty to play, sail and swim in the lake (with always fresh spring water). You can fish for various species of whitefish, but trout and carp can also be found here.
Every now and then we - or our guests - organize a fun activity such as a boat race, archery, a bad weather movie, an (evening) walk or table tennis tournament.
In "De Taverne" you can come and read something while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee, play a game or browse through the information folder for inspiration for the next day.
After an exciting (table) football or ping-pong match or a nice walk, a Belgian beer or a cool cola tastes extra good. But even without such heavy efforts you can enjoy a nice drink or a "delicious bite" with us.
In the area
⦁ You can kayak on the Semois in Chiny (19 km) or on the Ourthe in Houffalize (30 km).
⦁ Hiking, geocaching, cycling and mountain biking (vtt) with beautiful views over hills, woods and meadows can be done directly from the campsite as well as in the region. There are now also routes over old railway tracks (RAVEL) nearby.
⦁ Tennis is possible in Vaux-sur-Sûre and Neufchâteau.
⦁ Fly fishing is possible at the internationally renowned "Lac de la Strange" in Vaux-sur-Sûre.
⦁ The Obanoa Wellness Center in Vaux-sur-Sûre offers sauna, hammam and massage.
⦁ Various outdoor sports can be practiced in Bertrix (25 km).
⦁ Horseback riding, swimming, (tree) climbing, paintball and other outdoor activities such as abseiling, rafting etc. can be done in various other places in the area.
